Delivery Policy

At BARNOi, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and efficient delivery experience for their purchases made through our e-commerce website (www.barnoi.com). This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of orders placed with BARNOi and fulfilled by our logistics partner within Bangladesh.

Delivery Areas

We offer delivery services for orders within Bangladesh only. We do not currently ship orders internationally.

Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery timeframes for orders placed with BARNOi are as follows:

  • Within Dhaka City: 2-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka City (within Bangladesh): 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping address, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.

Delivery Charges

We charge a standard delivery fee (within Dhaka: BDT 60 and Outside Dhaka: BDT 110) on all orders within Bangladesh.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, BARNOi will process your order and prepare it for shipment. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number upon availability of third-party logistic partner. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery through our logistics partner.

Delivery Attempts

Third party logistic partner will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. If you are not available to receive the delivery at the specified address, third-party logistic partner may attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or location. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address during the specified delivery timeframe.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery of your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation email or SMS notification from third-party logistic partner. Please ensure that you or a designated recipient is available to receive and acknowledge the delivery to avoid any delays or issues.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event that third-party logistic partner is unable to deliver your order due to factors beyond their control or if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your order may be returned to BARNOi. We will then contact you to arrange for re-delivery or provide you with options for order cancellation or refund as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
